Assistant Professor - electronics, nuclear physics

NCBJ opens up a competition for the position of Assistant Professor in its Electronics and Detection Systems Division (TJ4). The position is available in Świerk near Otwock. All persons that meet requirements specified in art. 43 of the Act on Research Institutes passed on April 30, 2010 (Dz.U. 96, pos. 618) are eligible. In particlular the requirements include:

  • PhD degree in Technical Sciences
  • experience in electronic measuring systems used in experiments of physics, particularly nuclear physics
  • experience in developing software for electronic measuring systems, FPGA circuits (VHDL) and HMI softare (linux, C, C++)
  • experience in embedded linux systems
  • international team work skills (fluent command of written and oral English)
  • proven scientific record.
