Who can apply for a national visa or a temporary residence permit for scientists?

A national visa or a temporary residence permit to conduct scientific research may be granted to a researcher, i.e. a foreigner who holds a professional title equivalent to a Master’s degree in Poland or higher, which authorises them to apply for PhD degree studies and whose purpose of stay in Poland is to conduct scientific research or development activities.
